Notes :

1. For Malaysian Bachelor’s degree students, your ARN number is your MyKad number.

2. For Bachelor’s degree students, access to this portal is granted once the Offer Letter acceptance process has been completed.

3. For Postgraduate Malaysian & International students, your ARN number is stated in your Offer Letter. Please refer to the Offer Letter for details.

4. Payment updates will be reflected within 7 days after the semester fees appear in your student account under the 'Financial Status' menu in the MyUTM portal / UTMSmart app.

5. Please be reminded that the MyProspect portal is designated solely for new students.

6. All future payments for active students with a matric number must be processed through MyUTM or UTMSmart.
